turning the missiles on civillians is a serious war crime that only people like you can defend.

Sure your next post is "I am not defending them"

So you don't want to quote the post where I justified targetting civilians with missiles ?:p

It really is astonishing that so many (supposed) adults quote the wrong post, it's always oh you didn't say it in this post you said it in another or it was done over a conversation spanning months, what next you must look at the history of all my posts made on Tuesdays in threads beginning with U and B?

but really you are,

What an excellent piece of irrefutable evidence right there.

any one with half a brain can see who the agressor is

Your talents are clearly wasted here.

Even ignoring what is going on within Ukraine, etc. the way Putin is OK with the way his soldiers are treated and merrily sending them off to their deaths for his ends is literally the acts of a monster.

Yea that has never happened in a war..... EVER!

^ This is what I hate about this war I mean what kind of modern army and respectful army is that taking people from there country and moving them into your own.

Soldiers getting sent into battle with the possibility that many may die fits well into describing a war and that is what it is, unless you are still using Putins special military operation term.

Filtration....

Already that brings forward historical references of Germany filtering the Jewish population during WW2 into the ghettos, and then the camps.

There are very good historical reasons why filtration, ethnic cleansing, seizing civilians homes in occupied terrorities are all against the various rules of war conventions. This isn't to say they haven't all been done since WW2, but Russia is being very open about all their war crimes like they don't even care.

That at some point soldiers may be sent to their deaths doesn't mean all armies treat their soldiers as disposable or despatch them on a whim, or that they are subjected to the same kind of conditions and treatment generally.

I'm not sure whether you are being insincere with that reply or aren't able to discriminate between the balance of those factors.

Goodbye Russia air defences next

Be interesting to see how Russia reacts, and I think it would be naive to think they won't in some capacity. Though Ukraine is capable of comprehensive intelligence gathering there is a significant component of US intelligence/satellite involved in these strikes and it doesn't seem like Russia's battlefield satellite jamming systems are having much impact.

They can veto the UN and have China/Iran etc in thier side to back up thier acts.

Sounds like a big Russian push on Bakhmut pending - though be interesting to see how they tie up all the recent movements - it looks like they are staging troops generally for a bigger push at some point, possibly involving another crack at Kyiv or that region, but seems to soon for to include that, but I can't see them waiting too long in pushing on Bakhmut.

Surely columns of equipment will be a great target for HIMARS once they are all positioned and ready to go...if they can reach that point?

EDIT: Realising I don't actually know where they are positioned at the moment.

There was questions about that in the comments - as a column it is difficult to use HIMARS efficiently against them, but once they reach staging areas if they bunch up it is another matter.

Ah I see as it would be literally one rocket per vehicle. I guess it would at least disrupt them, block the route a bit and having to drive around.

Russia have to be in trouble now, not underestimating them but Iran are starting to send them drones, probably a lot of other stuff to so surely they are running low on munitions.

Not sure how much Iran can send them as they are usually buying from Russia but I will assume North Korea will also start sending them stuff.

Iran could probably also be getting supplies from China and relocating them to Russia as china are an Iranian supplier. This will keep China's hands clean and still help their ally.

I hope the supplies from Iran can be tracked and intercepted but probaly be getting delivered deep into Russian territory.

But the bottom line is Russia are no longer self sufficient so in reality how long can the go on for.

China doesn't really have much to gain, even via back channels, of supplying Russia too much with military aid - while not to the same level as the US it is to their interests to see Russia bleed especially if that comes at a cost to the US as well - so they'd likely want to keep the situation simmering.

Is it not Denazification as the Allies programme post WWII?

Insert de-xxxxxxxxx appropriate opponent rather than being triggered.

Finding and removing opponents from the opposing country/party/ethnicity from positions of power to reduce their influence. Like banning baathists in Iraq. Pretty normal for everyone.

Not automatically death camps.
