That's exactly what the video said, the system can probably engage HIMARS rockets but because the HIMARS rocket looks almost exactly like a cheap grad rocket on radar, operators don't know when to engage and when to leave it and it could take many months to upgrade the system to accurately recognise HIMARS rockets - in the interim you don't want to be the Russian SAM operator who's just launched $10 million worth of anti air missiles to engage $10 thousand worth of grad rockets because you thought they were HIMARS
So many months later and you all start to repeat what I said at the start of the war.....and the time nearly everyone disagreed with me.

^^ The West did not expect Ukraine to hold as long as it did...they didnt expect sanctions to go on aslong as they have
I would have hoped we'd have the SAS in Russia. But I'm not so sure thats the plan.
It's a nice idea, give or take the whole WW3 thing, but they're all on a Victim Awareness course for six months now.I would have hoped we'd have the SAS in Russia. But I'm not so sure thats the plan.
Yeah, that’s not how things work in the real world!I would have hoped we'd have the SAS in Russia. But I'm not so sure thats the plan.
They literally used a radiological weapon in the middle of London and a chemical weapon in Salisbury, I think some level of payback is in order... off-the-books of course.Just to confirm - you want current, active members of the UK Military (not spies) to be covertly operating inside Russia, a "hostile" nation to the UK, with the potential for being captured, and you'd see that as a positive thing rather than the potential "Act of War" that it Russia would claim it is, as defined by International Law of Armed Conflict, the Geneva Convention, the ICRC/BRC and, equally as importantly, by the UK Government itself?
If so then, presumably, you'd have to be OK with Russia doing the same and having Russian Spetsnaz operating covertly around the UK as well, just to avoid being a massive hypocrite of course?

Yeah, the Russians have been all over some Iranian airfields in the past week or so because it looks like they're in talks with Iran about supplying them with Shahed-129 and Shahed-191 combat drones.
Most unnecessary hypothetical statement ever - that’s your entire job!
