Slight stiffness, at his age hardly commentable after what was probably 4 hours plus on a `plane. I'm worse than that getting out of the car after 40 minutes :)

Honestly, I was thinking the same thing. I'm stiff as hell after sitting on a journey in my 40s let alone older lol.

Old Puty walking with a limp here

He doesn't press the button with his foot
Your right arm is stiff as a rake?

Everything is as stiff as a rake, save the odd appendage that's probably only capable of emitting dust these days. I am sure he's ambidextrous enough to press buttons with his left hand :)

It'll be years before you and I find out what the security services really know about his health, just like with Mitterand, where we knew his condition for ten years prior to his death, but kept it secret.

Probably one that took off from Crimea, give Ukraine the long range missiles and those airfields will become unusable.

As for taking back Crimea Ukraine can strange the Russian's untill they surrender the peninsula. If they take back Kherson they will control the fresh water supply to the area, combined with long range missiles the ports will be unusable so no possibility of resupply by sea.

One of several potential friendly-fire incidents by Russia in the last few days - wonder if they are panicking in reaction to HIMARS and shooting at anything which moves - even when they should have IFF.
Could very well be, listing to Denys Davydov's video from yesterday Ukraine has had a number of friendly fire incidents as well, both sides seem to have problems with communications and organisation. I would like to think that's something the UK can help with over medium term.

Can't remember the last time I saw Forte10 and 11 hand over in the Black Sea - looks like they are trying to keep constant eyes - maybe on Russian ships relocating from Crimea to Russian ports.

US reports that Russia in an attempt to prevent a Ukrainian counter offensive will try to annex territory - because once the territory is annexed, Putin will publicly state that any incursion into the annexed territory will result in nuclear bombs for Kyiv because Russian doctrine says that such use of bombs would be for defence

Why doesnt he just "annex" the whole country, give the Ukrainian military a leave or surrender ultimatum, and threaten to nuke them because they are on "Russian territory."

Does he think he is fooling anyone with these disingenuous formalities?

It's to give a façade of justification.

Just like the pet Ukranian president running to Putin and requesting that Russia invades Ukraine to restore Russian control.

A quick referendum later with a turn out of 150% will find that the population overwhelmingly desires to join Russia.

Putin will say he's compelled, duty bound even to cement these chunks of Ukraine as Russia.

No one else recognises it? Ah well they don't count. It's good enough for the domestic propaganda.

Because he wants the world to accept it and the world to tell Ukraine to stop fighting. To do that, he needs to control the territory and conduct a sham referendum so he can say "look the people want to be in Russia"
