Russia should just start launching tactical nukes already, they look weak as hell letting NATO countries gather intelligence for Ukraine and letting NATO countries openly fight a proxy war.

Putins totally pathetic like a wounded dog, so much for the hard man act.

whys no one just assassinate him already when he's so weak and ruining Russia

I wouldn't say Russia look weak at all, they are battling NATO through a proxy war and so far getting the better unless you believe everything our media tells you.
Yes initially Russia had a disastrous start when they try to rush Kyiv and got beaten back badly by Ukraine but after that first month things have changed.
Look at how much land Russia has taken, look at the thousands of Ukrainian troops that have surrendered, the media plays all this down.

For example so much was made out of the Azov fighters in Ukraine(other than they are neo-nazis) and Zelensky and our media kept saying they had been evacuated but this was just lies, they surrendered.

(Read the comments section as so many people are calling the media out for initially claiming it was an evacuation).

The battle for Severodonetsk went terribly for Ukraine, Ukraine lost a lot of soldiers trying to hold that, Ukraine were claiming they were beating the Russians back and at the same time admitting to losing 100-200 soldiers a day. They were not beating them back as the battle for Severodonetsk was lost and if they admitted to 100-200 soldiers deaths per day then the reality will have been a fair bit higher.

A week later Lysychansk was taken by the Russians, some reports claimed that Ukrainian generals wanted to retreat from Severodonetsk but Zelensky didn't allow it. It did not look good for Zelensky to be claiming to be winning the war yet losing the capital of the Luhansk region.

If Ukraine were winning then America wouldn't have started shipping longer range weaponry.

Now Russia has warned Zelensky about targetting outside certain regions but it looks like Zelensky wants to call their bluff.

That's one way to force a transition to new aircraft, bung the ancient ones to another country.

There are a few in government/military in the US who want to see the A-10 replaced with a general purpose aircraft and probably stand to make money from the design and procurement, etc. processes.

The A-10 needs some serious maintenance and supplies to keep it running in a war - though I guess they could retire them gracefully through use in Ukraine taking them out of service as the need for maintenance demands, using the ones which fail first as donors to keep others running, etc. until the end.

So you don't want to counter any of it ? oh wait you can't as even western maps now show how much control Russia has and that is a video showing Ukrainians surrendering.

The silly thing is, early on Ukraines soldiers released a lot of videos of them beating up Russian soldiers who had surrendered, there were reports of them castrating Russian soldiers.
Now how many Russian soldiers will want to surrender after watching those videos or reading those reports.
Yet look at how the Ukrainian soldiers are getting treated when they surrender.

It was a stupid move on Ukraines part and now Ukrainian soldiers will be much more willing to surrender than Russians. Even those Azov who claimed they would fight to the death have surrendered.

Battling nato? Really? Point to the nato troops on the ground, or you mean the the 1% of nato weapons that's in Ukraine is equal to battling nato?

Why try and counter it, as you prove time and time again once you get countered with evidence you ignore it(or going by your forum name you forget it) , Once again you post ***** with no evidence to back it up

Why do so many here have trouble with English, it clearly states battling NATO through a proxy war.

proxy war
noun
noun: proxy war; plural noun: proxy wars
  1. a war instigated by a major power which does not itself become involved.

I am the only one who uses reputable evidence to back up my claims, the rest of you use unverified Twitter posts.
Even that video I posted that links to The Sun YouTube channel, it clearly has Reuters logo on the video which is evidence in itself.

Also you need evidence to prove the battle of Severodonetsk was lost ? have you not been keeping up or does Twitter shield you from all negative news.

Anyway here you go.

Fall of Severodonetsk is Russia’s biggest victory since Mariupol

Russian forces have fully occupied Severodonetsk, the mayor of the eastern Ukrainian city said, confirming Ukraine’s biggest battlefield setback for more than a month after weeks of fighting to hold the strategic town and latest symbol of Ukrainian resistance.

Ukraine war: Severodonetsk now under Russian control following weeks-long battle

Mayor Oleksand Stryuk said on national television: "The city is now under the full occupation of Russia. They are trying to establish their own order, as far as I know they have appointed some kind of commandant."

Ukrainian troops ordered to retreat from Severodonetsk

Serhiy Hayday, regional governor of the eastern Luhansk region, said Ukrainian forces had received “a command to withdraw to new positions, to new fortified regions, and from there to conduct normal battle operations”. In televised comments on Friday, he added: “Unfortunately . . . it will be necessary to withdraw.”

It's not a proxy war. Russia are directly involved. This is why the look weak.

There you go AGAIN, taking something someone said and twisting it so you can jump in and have your made up argument. Where did they or anyone say the city hadn’t fallen?? Wow, 3 links to counter a point that wasn’t made and everyone already knows. Well done, gold star.

you know that your quote proves you wrong... the war was not instigated by nato, it was instigated by Russia

are you absolutely sure? not involved in any way? Has Nato not been expanding east last 25 years?
But NATO doesn't expand the same way Russia does. There's a vital difference.

Countries ask to join NATO and existing NATO members vote. No bloodshed in the process as it is purely a defensive alliance and the countries joining actually want to become members. The members are also still sovereign after joining.

Russia just invades whoever it wants with little care for human life in the process. Then whatever land they forceablly take over becomes part of Russia and subject to their laws.

No bloodshed in the process
Because there is a fairly strict rule that countries joining nato should not have ongoing territorial conflicts, this causes said countries try and settle the conflicts by force before joining.
This has caused Georgia to attack South Ossetia in 2008
This has kept Donbass war smoldering and was headed to next level of intensity around 23 February.
