Can you show us the war crimes are are not Russian propaganda?

The observers have plenty Russian war crimes on show.
I wasn't offering any, merely stating that I'm sure they're happening. Something which it seems I am odd to be thinking, but meh

Okay I don't think you are odd, but just among a number of posters who pop in now and then state this and never provide any examples.

We don't think you are odd, but if you think something? What made you think that? something you saw? An example maybe? A news article? Post it, we can discuss it. None of us here agree with war crimes I'm sure we can all agree.

Not trying to target you just trying to find out what makes you think people gloss over Ukrainian war crimes.

Am really getting annoyed with all the leaks about our military aid, it was revealed today that the SBS trained the Ukrainian troops that retook Snake Island. Back in my day, "them up the road" were very secretive and very little was known about their activities, SAS not so much they were the poster boys. If we aren't careful, Putin will see the UK as meddling in "his" business far too much and lob something nasty our way. I'm not saying don't offer support to Ukraine, just be a little more tight-lipped about it.

Russia already knows we are balls deep up thier backside, we've made it perfectly clear to them.

We used to haul their boats. SAS are the ones you hear about, SBS are the ones you don't. But anyway... I have commented a few times that the media is giving away valuable intel, jeopardizing peoples lives.

Odd thing... Snake island, weren't the troops all gone when they landed?

There does seem to be a curious complacency that Russia will just take it lying down. I don't see them lobbing something our way but they'll almost certainly be considering options for making things difficult for us whether directly militarily or other economic/political if the potential arises - just like some of our efforts in respect to Ukraine are a latent response to Russian actions on our soil.

Pretty ******* huge if true

Not seen confirmation of destruction but there has been multiple strikes in the vicinity of it in the last 1-2 hours or so.

EDIT: Video here of AD intercept attempts earlier https://twitter.com/KyleJGlen/status/1552032358785744896

Research paper by Yale University, with 18 co-authors reveals the true state of the Russian economy.

Conclusion is to not believe the lies that sanctions aren't working, they are in fact sending Russia into oblivion

If they continue down this path something akin to North Korea seems inevitable. It won't necessarily stop them being able to wage war or precipitate regime change however. Although several formerly high up in Russia's military or government seem to think Putin's days are numbered.

Biggest risk to Russia imo is an eventual splintering from within, they are a large (by land mass) nation that has a lot of cultures and former countries/nations within their borders, a big culturally diverse place with a lot of upset citizens, anything could happen, especially for those not culturally Russian.

Ukraine will have a hugely expensive undertaking to restore their country even if the war ended today, but they do have a few trump cards, and that is their ability to supply Nuclear Power for export to the EU, and their presumably expensive raw resources like grain, steel, natural gas etc.

My preference in all of this really is that Russia sees sense and ends this war, but I feel that there is so much irrevocable damage done here on both sides, I can't see this ending short term.

Will there be anything said about these switchblade drones being used to target FSB agent on Russian territory?
Why? It's essentially a grenade being thrown across the border. It would make Russia look exceptionally weak to say that a grenade presents an existential risk.

Given how the Switchblade 300 attacks it's targets, even with no obvious blood on show that strike on the border post in Russia is ******* brutal.

And have just seen footage of about 8 HIMARS rockets hitting the bridge in Kherson, daylight will show the damage but my guess is that it's wrecked.

Hard to know for sure until daylight, but the Russian telegram channels just released a message: "bridge is still standing, but one span has collapsed and road surface is badly damaged"
