You know I just took the pictures from The Guardian article, I thought even though it was about the war in Ukraine it was a nice change. I thought it would make a nice change if people can see they look no different from us, they enjoy the same things as us, they don't want to hear about this war, they wish it wasn't going on and also they wish they could forget about it.

Those who are hating on the Russians did you even read the article before your rage kicked in?
It was a post made to deliberately incite a negative response in this thread (we can argue the boring semantics over why people would feel negatively towards that another day). Mate, it's pathetic, you're pathetic.

So you log in from another account every once in a while to throw insults at me, you previously threw a few insults at me and said you wouldn't be responding to me anymore yet here you are again.

Also if it's meant to incite negative responses then I hope you do write in to The Guardian who published the article to air your complaint.
Strange that all I have to do is link news stories from the BBC/Reuters or The Guardian to get such a reaction.

Because nobody in the West wants to declare war on Russia so they will just let Russia be aggressive in the hopes they don't cross their arbitrary line where they are forced to declare war
That strategy worked out well for Chamberlain.

I'm beginning to think something bigger is going on with this situation.

One thing its shown is that uncontrolled globalism doesn't work. There will always be some countries that want to use the good will for their own gains.

I think everyone needs to chill and just enjoy summer.

Target acquisition acquired, nah just kidding Ukrainians aren't terrorists but not much else for these putler youth to do than bath in a dirty river

Every country has attempted to use globalism for their own gains... What do you think even caused it in the first place? It was the "developed" countries looking to exploit cheap eastern labour to increase their profit margins.

This is not exclusive to just a handful of countries with whom the west currently "have issues". These are problems of our own making.

Can't really blame them this time though because unlike in WW2 the aggressor has weapons that could set the human race back a century or 2
And unless they are totally insane, from Putin all the way down to the conscript who actually inputs the launch codes and pushes the button, they know full it would ALSO set their country back a century or 2 as it is turned into glass from a few hundred nuclear warheads.

It's a massive bluff and nothing more. They know if they use nukes it's all over for everyone, including them. You cannot be the richest oligarch in the graveyard.

Putin will be able to build all the glass houses he wants from his bunker after Russia is turned into a giant sheet of glass

Globalism is fine when it's thoroughly diversified, unfortunately human nature likes to conglomerate systems for ease of management regardless of the risks posed by putting too many eggs in one basket.

I think a necessary change to NATO's constitution would be to enforce a limit on exposing a member's economy too heavily to another non-member state wrt to fundamental inputs such as energy or raw minerals whilst incentivising investment in other sources which businesses are put off of due to high initial setup costs/poor infrastructure.

LOL says you?

That's so rich it's unreal.

To all those others protesting about the innocence of the Russian population does that apply the the Nazi population as well during ww2? Etc?

What's your take on the recent Russian embassy tweet re the Ukrainian prisoners?

Globalism: The West trading away its global power and control to their old enemies in exchange for a few decades of no war, only to regret it in the end

I have one account, I don't feel I need to log in and add like reactions to my posts nor do I ever feel the need to log in and insult people from a different account.

I do not use Twitter and if I did I wouldn't be following the Russian embassy, is it not ironic that those who accuse others of getting their news source from the Kremlin are the ones who follow the Kremlin themselves ?

LOL yet you accuse others of doing it?
Funny.

I follow Ukrainian/western outlets, who posted it because of the content, so again answer the question?
I posted it for you to read....it's not hard.

It's from your beloved Russian UK embassy so, I'm waiting.

I stand by what I said before, Taiwan / China updates have no real place in this topic which is to do with Ukraine.

If people want to create a separate topic for Taiwan / China I'm all for it, otherwise this thread needs to be renamed to China + Russia co-op WW3 to make combining the two be on topic.
