Probably something the ones in power can spin domestically, with the eventual aim of saying goodbye to Serbian democracy?

Plus, Serbia after not invading many of their neighbours (for Milosevic was the original little green men did it implausible denier), now suffers from a Russian like persecution complex as they "never did anything wrong".

Weirdly enough Russia didn’t arm the Yugoslavs to the teeth against outside involvement and independence movements. The sovereign border wasn’t an issue.

Ah the ever kind, loving and peaceful OCUK Left Wing strike again, demanding we should flatten an entire European country, killing God knows how many men, women and children, just to "send them a message" - always remember, these posters are the ones who, in EU/Brexit threads, are calling everyone else who they disagree with some pretty nasty names yet, in reality, once the mask slips this is what they actually think like, demanding death for our European neighbours and their children.

I admit it was an off-the-cuff, excessively crude comment, but I only meant their military.

Additionally I gave it some extra thought and would downgrade the 'flattening' to the West hosting forces in Kosovo so long as they ask for it. With respect to the assertion that being 'left-wing' means non-violence... that is evidently untrue.
 
Just to swerve the thread completely while staying on topic, how is the current situation affecting the Great Bustard? People are trying to reintroduce it to the UK, but the main European population is in Ukraine and SE Russia. There are only 100-odd birds over here and the bustard makes for a tasty meal for ration-starved Russian soldiers.

Trouble in Kosovo/Serbia as new country Kosovo has decided the Serbs aren’t Serbs and need Kosovan car licence plates.

So Kosovo changing the rules and threatening peace and we need to bomb our own forces?
