Won't mean imminent boots on the ground - it will likely mean that there is a specific chain of command, in place, designated to work up planning for that eventuality should it ever be necessary but mostly it will be about overseeing current and future support efforts.
 
Lot of Russian air force, government and private planes known to be used by individuals high up in the government or military heading into Moscow tonight not sure what that is about - can't quickly find information on any scheduled meetings, etc.

You mean the supposed attack on the UN inspectors? I've only seen Russian claims (claimed 7 boats and around 60 "British trained" "special forces").

EDIT: The full details are a bit fanciful and don't really make much sense, seems more like PR than reality.

Don’t think anyone claiming attack in inspectors. Nick the plant back before inspectors arrive?
Surely that’s just as daft. The whole world pointing out fighting over a nuclear plant is a bad idea for everyone.
Some websites gave lots of detail but there is so much **** posted life’s too short to ascertain credibility of each site.
Anything from credible reporters?
Or just standard **** flinging?

Some pro-Russian sources are claiming that is one of the ships used by Ukraine special forces to try and assault the nuclear plant LOL.

Did wonder but by all reports attendance in those circles is discouraged and Putin won't be attending either apparently (he seems to be being snubbed by the state).

Yes, that's kind of the point. It is obviously a murder but the claim initially was suicide.

Applies pressure should china go into it’s old territories with their amassing special operation.
Also means business as usual for the chain of command.

Snubbed by the russian fist party who are putin’s boyz in the parliament.

I’m guessing pole vaulting’s also growing in popularity in Russia given the number of people executing a rather untimely Fosbury flop out of a window.

Either that or right underneath open windows is where you’re supposed to put banana skins in Russian culture, for some weird reason….
