VDS was bought from Fulham for peanuts at a similar age and turned out to be one of the best keepers we have ever had.

:cry::cry::cry::cry:No mate dubs is a great keeper and kept Newcastle in the prem a few years ago no doubt, but good with the ball at his feet, he is not. His distribution can be pretty horrendous at times TBH
 
Madness, absolute madness cancelling all games this weekend. People could have gone and shown their appreciation at the football grounds. What do they want us to do just sit in the house watching endless TV coverage? People will have spent a lot of money on transport and hotels. And cancelling children's football achieves what? What are those kids going to do now this weekend? If they aren't careful the mood will change very quickly. Already I've seen lots of posts on social media saying this was the wrong decision. If they cancel next weekend as well expect a backlash.

Absolutely, sitting on the xbox. I'd much rather my son had played and had the 2 minutes silence. That would have taught him far more than cancelling the game and never have it enter his head just doing normal kids stuff.

It was poorly judged but I don't want him cancelled. It's just as irritating to see endless twitter posts on boycott talk sport until I get what I want. People use it as an excuse because of his City views and get him cancelled. I mean I disagree with him but I'm not outraged by him having a different opinion. I mean I've seen a **** tonne of views on twitter the last few days much worse and hatred for the Evil Queen and her Empire.

I mean bile like this from a Chinese Born Canadian author


Some people are just full of hatred. You only have to look at the posts here from some of the Liverpool fans ;)

Part of his problem is he's a convicted racist, so he left himself wide open to attack. I agree though, he just voiced an opinion, an opinion that wasn't popular but just an opinion.
 
Sinclair is a complete waste of space in general, and his tweet just confirmed he's a deeply unpleasant person.

Glad he won't be inflicted upon us again.
 
So apparently the main reason for cancelling the prem was because they were worried about fans booing and being disrespectful. Thanks Liverpool fans.

Explain why they dont have the right would be the start.

Sportsbible didnt say it was the MAIN reason either. If you're going to tarnish a fanbase at least back it up.

I've seen this by a lot of fans how Liverpool fans would boo the silence but i cant remember, and happy to be proven wrong, a time when they did.
