Similar happened not long ago with rigs operated by the Isrealis in the eastern med - they shot them all down. Looks like Norway are going to need to up their defensive game. Vague possibly its some eco warrior types I guess ... but either way drones shouldn't be anywhere near a rig and are fair game to be taken out.

Seems the Russian Quango is to be in a state role by have your own set of ex-military/thugs and then get awarded state contracts..

Wagner were in Africa fighting the French troops under EU/UN until Macron pulled them out.
 
Russia's military is done. But the chances of Putin just pressing the red button out of spike are getting higher tbh.

Hopefully the Russians deal with him the Russian way before it happens.

I think we also gave them some vehicle mounted versions, which are even more dangerous for Russia's airforce. They have no way of stopping or even detecting incoming starstreaks.

It's definitely a worry. I think China are just as much of a paper tiger, militarily, as Russia.

He might want to he might even give the order but plenty of people beneath him will not obey that command. But than plenty would. If they did then then the world apart from the usual crew would be brutal. The West's response would be very very interesting.
 
I think one of Putins biggest mistakes is exposing just how **** his military is to the world. It will cause all sorts of problems for him going forward.
They don't look much like a 'superpower' right now, especially if the stories of them trawling prison camps for cannon fodder are correct.
 
So you meet a russian soldier, chances are that he is either a murderer or a rapist or both. Do you engage in conversation?
