Oh yeh of course, I absolutely believe those numbers from their riggedferendums.
It's all just so pathetically predictable. It's like a toddler claiming they did nothing wrong while they hand is still actively IN the cookie jar.
It's just kind of sad, really. They've become that corrupt the idea those numbers would be taken seriously by anyone is a pathetic spectacle. May as well just put 99.9% with a smile face meme next to it.
Comes across as really desperate, as if Ukraine, the West will not push on because of fear they are now attacking "Russian" land, risking nuclear war, please.

Another angle: we have heard a lot recently about conscripts refusing to go to Ukraine and the Dumas enacted a law the other day to give people refusing to serve in areas under Martial Law up to ten years inside. Now we have no general mobilisation but Martial Law in certain areas. Could just be a way to strongarm the refusers.

I’ve a couple of days fly fishing booked on one of the premier salmon rivers in Ireland for this weekend so if he could just hold off till Monday that’d be ace.
