We need to remeber that we are not the "target audience" for these "referendums", this is purely for the home audience. To give legitimacy to the conflict and the massive losses and humiliating defeats that they have incurred.

It is all very vague but I suspect it will approximate their normal draft - so around 130-150K every 6 months or up to 400K a year.

Probably not that many but a fair few private flights than normal out of Russia in the last few hours taking slightly less normal routes - but no idea what they are actually doing. Quite a lot of them going to Turkey.
