The sale of the NHS has been on the cards for years. Let's be honest, no amount of money is going to fix it. It's a blackhole of a money pit. You could give it another 10 billion and there'd still be massive waiting times and poor outcomes.
It must be corruption, it must be! We just don't want to even think about it. I'm not saying selling would make it any better, far from it, but there comes a point when you just have to cut off the infected limb to save the body.

I don't want to lose the NHS by the way, but the way this government is, it's got to be on someones agenda.

Well unfortunately money doesn't suddenly magic up staff. As others have pointed out its been massively underfunded for years and the pittance pay rises over the past 10 years for the majority of roles means there's hardly people queuing up

It's not just lack of money, but yes they do need a lot more

They should have been built over the last 40 years instead of sold, mind you if we had built more houses in general mortgage sizes wouldn't be so stupid and we could sustain higher interest rates make no mistake a 6% interest rate in todays housing market will feel more like 10% back in the 80's/90's
