Mine stays in pace just fine given its supported all the way round vs just straps on each corner. A good fitting bed sheet helps too. It's getting poor reviews for not staying in place.
Might give it a go though. I don't expect perfection at that price.
How comfortable/uncomfortable are the controller connectors where the electrical cable enters the blanket?
can the electric blanket be run from solar panel?
Hmm suppose could leave the lights on at night? If you use it during the day then yes.
If you have a battery to charge from the panel and power the blanket during the night then yes.
No issues staying in place, it’s rock solid, no idea what people are doing if it isn’t, as Kona mentions it’s got corner straps..It's getting poor reviews for not staying in place.

The connectors are close to the edge so unless you hang off the edge regularly they won't be a problem.

Maybe if your mattress is thin/flimsy the straps might not be enough? Our mattresses we’ve had it in are all pocket sprung and quite structured.
As for connectors, as mentioned right at the edge, not really noticed them either.
You can say Amazon because OcUK don't sell electric blankets.Thank you Kona786 and Demon, I've now ordered one from the rainforest.
Amazon Amazon Amazon Amazon Amazon Amazon Amazon !!!!You can say Amazon because OcUK don't sell electric blankets.
In fact, not only can you say Amazon, you can link to the electric blanket you bought if you want.
How are you finding yours? I like the warmth of our one, but i can feel the wires a bit under the bed sheet, wondered if there are better ones to avoid that![]()
Last time I used one of these must have been in the late 70's at my nans house.
I do hope this one will be a little more comfy.
