You need to run it via Task Scheduler as per the instructions on that page not via startup folder.
Works fine for me I set PBO of -30 on all cores.
Windows 11.

You can definitely do it the way suggested above, however this way is much easier.

Yes, that is what I have been following, however it still does not load on startup.
If I manually run the shortcut from the startup folder it works fine.
 
I'm having the same issue with using Task Scheduler for this. It seems to run the exe, but isn't applying the undervolt. If I run manually it's fine. I'm on Win 11 22h2.

Follow the guide in the video I posted it’s the easiest way. If it doesn’t work, you’ve done something wrong along the way.
 
I've followed the guide and the command switch just isnt working. I've even tried from command line and it just opens PBO2 tuner with the default 0s.

Command is: "PBO2 tuner.exe" -30 -30 -30 -30 -30 -30 -30 -30

Any ideas please?

Exactly the same for me, I am also on Windows 11
Has to be W11 related surely?
Not sure why the instruction is not working, as it works fine when run manually?
 
Think I have found the problem.
Windows 11 is booting directly from the PBO2 tuner.exe file and not the UNDERVOLT shortcut in the startup folder.
 
A bit baffling, no matter what I do it simply will not do it automatically from the startup folder.
Going to leave it for tonight and retry with a fresh head lol
 
Still could not get the undervolt to work from the startup folder in W11......so did it the long way with Task Scheduler = working ok now.
Strange action with W11 maybe?
 
I can't even get the scheduled task way to work. I've followed the guide and it runs, but isn't applying the switches. I'm running task Scheduler as Admin.
 
Have you downloaded the correct version. It’s the debug version that is able to do the switches on the command line
 
I got this to work too, but then found Kombo Strike in my BIOS (latest update on B450 Tomahawk Max) OC menu and set that to 3 and it's done the same thing in dropping the voltage and allowing the boost to get to 4.45GHz on all cores with not higher than 68 degrees on a Noctua NH-D15. Worth checking your BIOS if you have an MSI board.
