Even when looking just at the equipment provided instead of overall military budget spending; the amount of equipment provided to Ukraine is very small

Putin has asked the Duma to pass new legislation that gives the government the authority to strip Russian citizenship of anyone who "discredits the territorial integrity of Russia or discredits the military"

One thing that is blindingly obvious is that Ukraine does not want to be Russian or part of the Russian federation and would be a thorn in Russia's side forever. So why persist were it not for a few madmen at the top. Surely the pariah status due to them if they 'won' would not be outweighed by the land and oil. Together with a surly and rebellious population.

Hell, even Lukashenko must be wishing that Putin just goes away and dies.
 
At least they're living proof that insecure, machismo-fuelled white supremacism doesn't result in some utopia, it results in a country that can't beat a country a third of it's size*.

*Not as simple as that but for these simpletons it is.

Whilst that graphic shows artillery, it doesn’t show the supply of the latest AT weapons, one key reason why Russian armour didn‘t steamroller across Ukraine.

That's real desperation. I do really wonder how long the Russian populace will continue to allow this to happen. Surely there has to be a breaking point.
 
So Russia are hoping that Ukraine might freeze the conflict over winter, keep defending the east in a stalemate or maybe try to cut south where they are building up retreated forced from Kherson.

If Russia can't even secure the south bank due to getting pummled by HIMARs then potentially if gives Ukraine cover to rebuild the large pontoon bridge beside the Antonivskyi bridge and YOLO straight for Crimea proper.

Also there's a video out showing a Ukranian BMP at full speed just skipping over those magic "Dragon's Teeth". So much for a tank trap .:cry:
