Thats why stealing other peoples explosive is useful to pass the buck.It's important because it might have clues as to where the explosives were manufactured. Sometimes chemical compounds have traces that are unique to where they were sourced and could indicate the country of origin

I would suggest they have a pile of missiles and an outdated inventory list so no real clue which warhead is in each specific one.I was going to post this.

There's very little point in putting much stock into videos as it's known that Russia fakes some of them to try and paint Ukraine in a worse light, though not to say that there aren't occasions where it does happen since... well what can we expect of a people who were invaded to erase them from existence?
