Decided to wait until I move, I'm in a bed sit, but got access to a dyson, my handheld one is broken though
Not got a shark but I do own a Ninja Air Fryer and I believe they’re the same company. Due to Black Friday I’ve been relentlessly bombarded 3-4 times a day via email and I’m sure I’m unsubbed from their newsletters.I have found a downside to buying from Shark. I have been bombarded with junk emails from Shark and Ninja every day since I ordered it. I have tried unsubscribing to these emails that I never subscribed to in the first place but half the time the unsubscribe page goes to a blank page and the rest of the time it seems that they don't take any notice. I had it disabled in my account from the begining. I hate this nonsense from companies.

VAX seem to have a really bad rep... I'd go with Shark or Hoover personally. Dysons are just overpriced, and people seem to complain about thier quality just as much as any other brand.
Spam emails I can cope with, mark it as spam, and check my junk folder if you are expecting a payment confirmation/delivery confirmation etc.
Got a refurbished Vax 3 from Vax for £48 delivered. Ran once and it's dead so going back.
Battery appears to be fine. At least it's fully charged. Could be it's outputting nothing while showing charged. Was it the battery?

Had to send photos of the unit charger etc and serial numbers so just waiting to hear back from Vax.
Good to know. They said to press the button etc see if it shows charge. They asked for this for mine too. In my case it was definitely the battery.
If vax do replace the battery I'll stick it on ebay. The ones in mine are 80 pounds new!Good to know. They said to press the button etc see if it shows charge.
It's one of two things a totally dead motor. Or a battery putting out nothing. Judging by yours being the battery, I know where I would place bets !

Just got a couple of months ago. Still in its box as I've been fitting insulation in the garage.Do you have a multimeter?
