COVID-19 (Coronavirus) discussion

You must be exhausted reacting to posts the way you are.

It's the internet dude and I'm watching football and other stuff (FBI International), yes really exhausting.
Some people may go in a frenzy but I'm very laid back while tapping on my phone now and then.
Next time read my posts as though I'm lying on a beach sipping a Guinness while listening to Ghost & Volbeat.

What a blast from the past...I got pinged today from close contact when I was in the office last. Did a test(!) and negative. I will say though I now know 5 people at work who just came down with it over the last couple of days.

Where would the person who you got pinged from even report a positive test to these days?

I’m surprised that app is still availablee.

Most deleted during pinggate or not downloaded it all, like myself. As don’t work for those living in flats

Dunno if it's covid but woke up yesterday with throat like razor blades, last night in bed I was shivering like crazy, had to put clothes on to warm up, today I just ache, sore throat has gone but coughing like mad. Hopefully just flu, I think I caught it from the pub Saturday night.

That sounds exactly how mine started last week, from then I've unfortunately passed it to both my wife and my 10 month old. We are now just getting better after a rough few days and an overnight stay in A&E for my little girl who was very poorly. It's been horrrendous for us.

Ah damn sorry to hear that. Good to hear you're getting better. Was it definitely Covid? I was shivering for about 30 mins earlier now I'm really hot again, can't stop coughing, feel rotten.

My niece is recovering from Covid. She came down with it on her birthday. She still has no sense of taste. Apparently it will take months to come back.
