They missed it. They're only human and the test isn't exactly very long/thorough. Add in the car being driven in straight out the rain etc and I guess that's why they missed the cords showing.
Personally i'd tell them but wouldn't report them. I would be having words with your daughter about basic car safety checks though.
Is this a serious question? Why do you think she is? Why do you think shed loads of people do? Because the vast majority of car drivers do not maintain their cars as know little about them and in fact DO rely on the MOT to crack down on illegalities like this. It's not right no. In an ideal world everyone would maintain their cars but come on, tune in to sanity FM.Why is she driving around with tyres like that in the first place. It’s her responsibility to ensure the roadworthiness of her car.
And you let her drive on that for thousands of miles without any basic checks.
No washer fluid and bald tyres are inexcusable danger to everyone else on the road & deserve points on your license.
Lovely. I'm sure the OP would love to post a picture of his daughter on a male dominated forum for people to judge her looks.Pics of daughter required to really give an opinion on this.
Not had your coffee yet? You know no one is being serious when they say that right, which is why even the OP laughed at it.Lovely. I'm sure the OP would love to post a picture of his daughter on a male dominated forum for people to judge her looks.
Wife, girlfriend yeah. Daughter? Not had your coffee yet? You know no one is being serious when they say that right, which is why even the OP laughed at it.
Hey, she's old enough to drive ..... #justsayingWife, girlfriend yeah. Daughter?
What's annoying about washer fluid is that sone cars still don't have sensors. My wife's 2019 fiesta doesn't for instance so I just top it up when I do mine. I'd have thought something like that would be standard on every car these days.Is this a serious question? Why do you think she is? Why do you think shed loads of people do? Accusing the OP of not being a good father because his adult daughter - not living with him - has not maintained her car. You don't know the OP or his situation or life.
No washer fluid deserves points? Lol. Ok then. So if your washer fluid runs out on a journey, instant points. Right.

OCUK motors forum delivering as usual.
My old Astra the rear used to run out first so at least you had a bit of a warning but yeah it is a pain when I'm half way through my commute in this dirty weather and I find I've got nothing coming out of the front or rear in this car. What's annoying about washer fluid is that sone cars still don't have sensors.
