Somebody tagged me on a FB post which contained a School photo from around 2000/2001. Everybody was wondering what happened to the kids who were a 'bit special' and what they would be doing with there life's now.
 
The joker at my school got killed in a car accident.
The Bully became a councillor of some sort.
No idea what happened to the one arm guy, nice lad too.
There was also a very quiet girl who had seizures quite often, no idea what happened to her...
they are the ones who "stood out from the rest"
Oh, one strange guy exposed himself to an elderly person whilst in school uniform and got himself expelled... never heard from him again either.

Well if they went to Chosen Hill in the 80's it could be.
And they will know who I am as that was my nickname at school because of my hairstyle.

See we didn't really have any. Just the one kid who was a little strange and turned out to be a paedo who had been abusing his own younger siblings. Last I heard is he'd been released from prison and given a new identity.
 
Only through FB:

One is a millionaire - spends his time complaining about people letting him down and only wanting £££'s from him.

One has serious MH problems and never worked or left the village we grow up in - quite sad really as she was very smart and i expected her to do well in life.

One emigrated to Oz and seems to be having a great time.

2 other girls seem to have done well - but all their FB are of them downing cocktails EVERY weekend. No idea how much that is costing. I stopped going out every weekend years ago.

A friend hung himself whilst in secondary school. Had no idea he was struggling as always seemed full of life. He hung himself in his bedroom on the back of his door. His dad came into his room and found him :(

I saw the school bully became a religious nut - no friends of family, but constant posts about God and helping each other, blah, blah, blah. That one made me chuckle.

The rest of them - no idea, don't care.

No idea what most of my school people are doing tbh other than seeing a few FB posts. Have a more comfortable life than most of them, but not really too bothered what they’re all up to. I was probably one of the weird ones.

By age 12 I think I had unlocked most porn sites through acquired passwords and opened an account for the entire school to access. Never got caught, definitely added to my street cred despite me being weird :p. Makes me lol to this day when I think about it. The school network had no means to detect it and no one would grass or they’d get beaten up by everyone else.

What made them stand out / be weird?
 
I guess at some point my I was a partial weird kid, just because I was so naive and not popular. (Not the really odd ones). Semi-bullied but not much. Now I earn more money than most of those idiots will ever see.

But here's the thing about school. Soon as you leave, and then see people a few years later, they all act like you were buddies lol.

I really don't care to know what happened to people at school.
 
No idea and don't care, I was an Army brat so had many schools over the years.

Once my need to attend ended, so did my associations with them.
