Aquiss opinion

Been with them about 3 months so far now on their 900mb fibre. Can't fault them at all as of yet. Fixed all the issues I was having with Sky. Not had to deal with their support yet so can't comment on that. But their billing system is nice and clear.

Hammering the bandwidth no problem :)

From the stats, looks like "unlimited downloads"?

Superb ISP. Customer service is leaps and bounds beyond anything the big telcos can even aspire to. I had serious issues transferring to Aquiss due to an Openreach **** up and Aquiss were a massive help sorting it out. If it had happened with any other ISP I’ve little doubt I’d have no broadband right now

Compared to what?
The full fibre connection also means that customers benefit from symmetrical upload and download speeds when the connection uses the CityFibre infrastructure. So, if you have a package which offers you average download speeds of 100Mbps, you will also benefit from upload speeds of 100Mbps

That’s an Openreach limit, not ISP.

I've recently moved to Aquiss from VM in the last 2 months. I can echo what everyone else has said. There was an issue with the ONT that had only been installed 2-3 weeks earlier but this was a BT issue. I contacted Aquiss who arranged a BT engineer appointment for the next day to get it fixed. Can't fault Aquiss in any way.

Just signed up for Aquiss

BT renewal is due, they've moved me onto their monthly rolling price of £81 for full fibre 900
Best renewal quote saves £10pm dropping it to £71 monthly
New customers can get it for £44.99pm with a £50 BT reward card thrown in

Called BT to ask why a new customer can get it for almost half price compared to an existing customer and they were less than helpful
Went to Aquiss site and signed up straight away

Now to wait for a switchover date... Should be within 10 days as I already have fibre and am outside of any contract
