Multi seed bagel thins with salmon Philly

Evening meal- roast beef and a ton of veg. Left over strawberry roulade for after.

Probably only having one more roast before Christmas

Pigged out the past two days after giving blood on Friday night. Drank too much red yesterday too.

Neighbours bought over some incredible Keralan Chicken, and the mother in law knocked out an incredible egg and bacon quiche.

Today I ate two bananas, and ran. I miss that pint of blood already.

Same with steak. Egg fried in steak juices left after cooking looks dirty, but tastes amazing

Hard to describe, it’s like a tangy chilli sauce with a fair bit of heat with minty, coriander elements.

I’ll have to ask, no doubt it’ll be top secret
