Caramelised onions, spring onions, sriracha, lettuce and the crispy part is the cheese that had hit the hot oil from the burgers when I add a cloche to the pan.

More enjoyment in creating dishes at home, rather than insta or hipster, although I did film it all while completely naked, but that is only available on OnlyFans

I can cook it head on, but have to remove it before dishing up.

It started well this morning by hacking a chicken in half and marinating it in tandoori spices and stuff, then the day drinking happened at 11am whilst watching the coronation.
It tasted way better than it looked (although that isn't that much of an achievement)..
