Marinade recipe?

for 1kg wings..

3 tbsp Gochujang paste
2 tbsp honey (or light brown sugar)
1 tbsp water (if using the sugar above)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced or grated)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

ish.. don't overly measure accurately - add more Gochujang and some chilli powder / flakes for a kick

Thanks dude!

I know the ham and cheese on toast LOOKS good, but to be honest... It tasted better than it looks :D

I would have put a touch of mustard on, but all I had was American style mustard :(
The first sentence sounded great.

Then I read the second, utter disbelief. How could you do that to the poor cheese and ham toastie.

Sickening.

You wouldn't like a smidgen of English, or in a pinch French mustard between the ham and cheese layers?

We are talking a regulation smidgen here, not a full on dollop?
My bad, I read it as if you put American mustard on because you didn't have English. I wouldn't use anything if I all I had was American either.
