It's not necessarily cause and result. Given wagner is seen as important, a decision to rearm could have been taken before chichen deployment. it's probably better to keep wagner quiet and soaking up the pain?

Possibly the chechens are going in in expectation of the Ukrainian counter offensive and it's not related to wagner specifically.

Not just the elites, depending on your definition. I have Chinese friends who I would classify as middle income, not rich or wealthy and even then they hold large amounts of their savings in US dollar, and actively avoid holding yuan by putting their savings into things like a house in a western country, US dollar, bonds etc. the Chinese people are not stupid, they know that holding yuan means the CCP has major control over their life and they put their money in foreign assets for that reason

Looks like heavy fighting tonight around Avdiivka and Bakhmut areas.

Russian strategic aviation is active but activity is uncertain currently - looks like 6-7 bombers up max (not the 8-12+ some are claiming) but they've taken to trying to obfuscate communications so difficult to ascertain what they are likely up to.

Dunno - it seems like the Black Sea naval fleet have about fired their loads and will have to rearm which won't happen in time for tomorrow and I'd assume they'd be part of any massive strikes. It seems like they are struggling to scrape enough munitions together for the strategic bomber strikes as well unless that is due to holding some back but given that a lot of the debris from missiles appear to be recently manufactured missiles they are probably running low.
