His Wagner group took Bakhmut and won a victory for Russia, I'd say that makes him rather popular
Yes of course that will work.You'd have a support unit for it (tanks don't just operate alone), potentially with the ability to generate it from solar as well as probably diesel generators :s maybe even portable mini reactors though that raises some issues. (You could even have steam powered generators allowing you to burn stuff in the field in an emergency).
