Haha is that for real?
It would for sure explain some of the nutcases that pop up in here from time to time. To be fair its been a while since we have seen a blatant bot. Either they are being more subtle:rolleyes: or they have realised that they were just wasting their efforts... I suspect its just a **** take, though I wouldnt put it past Russia.

Considering Russia were supposed to run out of missiles a year ago they're doing quite well with supply
Run out of missiles didn't mean stop firing missiles. It means the pre war stock pile has been depleted and so fire rate will drop down to match the production rate. Which is what appears to have happened so all those people where correct. Russia is no longer firing mass missiles like it did at the start of the war as they have appeared to have run out. The talk I was watching was not that Russia would stop producing missiles only that the big stock pile of spare missiles would run out.

Russia seems to have launched a lot of missiles towards Kyiv over the last 24 hours, is this their largest strike yet?

Not sure what they are up to, really. Can't imagine that even 54 drones will cause that much damage. I wonder if they are trying to wear down Ukraine's defences for a reason.

There's a few reasons even though it seems a bit senseless.

1 - Pins a lot of Ukr AA assets and their operators away from the front line.
2 - Constant probing to test out response time/see if they can exhaust ammunition/find areas of weak coverage.
3 - Psychological warfare/propoganda
4 - Some may make it through hitting concentrations of ammo/infrastructure.

Its the Sukhoi SU-24 (Fencer) modified to fire Stormshadow.

I'm not cetain but I'd hazard a guess that they possibly program the missiles coordinates prior to takeoff then fly to the release point similar to how the modified the AGM-88 HARM to fire from the Mig 29. If they have managed to further integrate the Stomshadow i'd be very impressed.
It's likely that the missile is much more integrated than the AGM-88 is. That was jury-rigged together just to make it work and the USA had no previous experience working with Soviet targeting computers. On the other hand France have previous history integrating their missiles with MiG and Sukhoi aircraft, they would have had a big head start on the knowledge/skills required to make the Stormshadow (a joint Anglo/Franco design based on a previous French missile) work on a Sukhoi.

Right now Putin can't manage to escalate support for the Russian military nevermind Syria's :p

In fact I believe they've actually pulled resources out of Syria to redeploy for Ukraine.

I hope they are saving some for the Kerch Bridge. That need to be properly taken out of commission.
They should have done it by now, or maybe they plan to use it in the counter offensive.

With this but I don't know what it is

Edit: looks like it could be a mig25 or mig31

Storm shadow has very little integration required - it’s basically launch and that’s all that’s required. Hence if the plane can drop it.. it can use stormshadow.

In case you haven't noticed its very much drone attacks now, they have missiles but can only fire what they produce now and its not very may.

I suspect russia will be adopting a nazi style doodlebug operation, simple “drones”.

Ukraine needs a small long range simple drone that can be mass produced for attacking bomber airfields and other such large targets, use ahead of a storm shadow attack too.

The US has owned, among others, 14 MIG-29C’s and 6 MIG-29A’s that it bought from Moldova and kept at Wright Patterson AFB since 1997 until recently, when it donated some of them to Ukraine to replace their losses. I’d imagine in that time those aircraft and their systems have been thoroughly dissected and studied in detail. Probably explains why they were able to integrate western weapons so quickly. Additionally, there are several civilian owned SU-27’s in the US operated by defence contractors that can be hired out for training, both by US and allied air forces for the likes of the Red Flag exercises.

All Russia knows is how to destroy. They really do need some comeback to see how that feels. Any semblance if civilisation departed with the arrival of Putin I think that Ukraine have been very restrained up till now.
