Question about Motherboard Coil Whine

Hi all.

Ive just got coil wine on a motherboard for the first time and its awful. Makes a noise from start to finish the second its turned on.

I've had a;

Asus B650 E-E Spot on,
MSI Carbon Fiber X670 Load of flux all over the back.
Asus X670 E-F Loads of coil whine.

Same components with each motherboard.

My question is apart from the coil whine I really like the board. Is it worth me exchanging or just refunding? Would all models likely be the same or could it just as likely be a faulty board? It's tough because I want to populate all 4 NVMe slots without limiting the GPU slot. So i have to be careful what board i get.
 
+1 Agree at that point it's more likely to be PSU induced rather than the choice of Motherboard

ignore - thought it was happening with all 3 boards

Yeah just the last board. The PSU was the same 1200w Seasonic ATX 3.

Sounded awful like coil whine mixed with popping candy
