2024/5 M5 Touring....Finally

Since owning my M5, and having to get rid of it because kids, dogs, bikes and lots of European travel doesn't lend well to a saloon, I had to settle for a povo S6 Avant and latterly a Discovery 5.

Since the E61 era, I've thought BMW had made a heinous error in judgement by not realising the market demands for a Touring model.

Finally, the G99 looks to be coming in Touring format so shut up BMW and take my money....
 
BMW are just on a streak of making all their current cars look horrendous, I think the G30 is a gorgeous looking car and one of BMWs nicer looking cars they've done for a while, Same with the G20, lovely looking cars.

I really hate what they've done with the new 5, that's just not right.


The new M2 looks like someone's poor attempt at a car mod on GTA V.

No one bought the E61 M5, so it isn't really surprising that BMW haven't bothered since. The E28 M5 estate didn't exactly sell well either. Audi stopped selling the RS6 saloon for much the same reasons.
