A great example today of the difference between someone who can/can't control their food. I told myself i was making a big effort to drop after getting back to snacking after the initial drop coming back from Spain as i seem to be constantly hungry.
My wife noticed a Dunkin Donuts had opened up about a mile away and kept suggesting we got a donut. She was fine to just have 2, one for today, one for tomorrow. I however bought a box of 6 and have eaten all 4, whereas she's perfectly content having had just one.
She also does not feel sick and will not suffer a huge sugar crash in about an hours time
