All the drivers from the 5 quickest teams are all in Q3, I feel like that doesn’t happen that often.

Perez is so bad it’s hilarious
He's seriously never running out of luck this season is he. Any other driver would have been out in Q2 with 11th. Not MaxSurprise surprise
Verstappen’s board radio at the end of Q2: “We should have just ******* pushed two laps in a row like I said.”
Engineer: “You are through, Max.”
Verstappen: “I don’t give a **** if I’m through in P10. It was **** excecution.”
Engineer: "OK, and then when the track was 2s quicker for your final lap and you didn't have any energy left, how would that have gone down? But you tell me what you want to do in Q3, and we'll do it. Sets, fuel, run plan."
Complaining that he wanted to do more hot laps and was told not to and that was why he was only just inside the time required.
The response was that if he'd done that, he'd have had no battery for a hot lap right at the end when the track was improving by 2s a lap and was then offered to do the lap planning and engineering for Q3 himself if he wanted to do as he pleased.
Both arguments were made slightly less pleasantly than that though

lol thanks. He's a charming chap isn't he. I'll see how my weekend goes for this one I think. We're off out tomorrow evening so might miss the sprint which annoyingly could be the best bit. Can't get excited about it at all.
P1 for RB and P3 for the second RB, versus P4 for Hamilton and P8 for Russell, both with 0.8s to their team mate. Therefore, Perez and Russell are both crap

Everyone has off days. Perez has an awful lot of them though… 8 tenths off in the best car on the grid is poor no matter how you try and spin it. Yes he has the best driver in the world as his team mate but that shouldn’t excuse that kind of delta, it’s not likes he’s having to wrestle a dog of a car around the track. It’s a supremely planted car and he’s still miles off.
