Thank you for the kind words but you lot are not getting rid of me that easily as I am hooked on looking at pictures of sausages now. Thankfully I haven't started dreaming about them (yet)

As for the Fortsips, I will try and stock up & send you a box when I am better :cry:

It was nice but missing something...maybe missing some tartness. I only marinated for a couple of hours as it was a spur of the moment thing, maybe better if done for longer.
