They are an online retailer and seem to have won so many awards for their products.

I'm looking at 180x200cm
Diamond...top of the range whatever it's called in the UK.

It's 5 layers of foam blah blah.

The price here in Sweden is chonky to say the very least but if it's worth it .

I'm extremely bothered by it potentially sagging or being squashed in as there's no real structure to it as far as I can tell.

Id hate to drop about 1000quid on something that's frankly overpriced overhyped crap..,. There is a trial period but the hassle to return in Sweden sounds hellish

I hate living here sometimes buying bigger household items is a mare, such limited choices.

I had one for a few years, didn’t really like it. They retain a lot of heat and do deform over time. By the end I felt like I was sleeping in a valley.

Now have a Silentnight hybrid mattress and it is very comfortable.

We have the Emma Premium Superking mattress and are still enjoying it.

We’d be happy with 4 years. Miles better than the value pocket sprung mattress we had.

If it lasts 2 years it works out no worse value than the Tempur mattress we were considering - with similar comfort. The Tempur we tried was better but not considerably. The Emma is good value for what you get.

No signs of any dipping or sagging on ours after a year.

They’ll be comfortable enough but they’ll be hot and won’t last as long as a good pocket spring mattress.

Get a decent mattress and put a topper on it IMO.

We got a Simba super king last December and it has definitely started to sink a little on both sides where we sleep, which is annoying.

It's comfortable but it is very warm which I always thought was a fallacy and didn't really appreciate until actually owning one.

Slightly frustrating as I know they will probably swap it if I make a fuss and go through the rigmarole of sending pics and measuring the sagging, but tbh I wish I'd gone with my gut and got a pocket spring jobby to begin with.

We bought the top Emma mattress, so not just the block of memory foam. Got it at half price, or whatever the discount was, and mainly went with them because we needed it to be easily transportable (it’s rolled into a box).

Only been a couple months but I’m happy with it. A little on the stiffer side but offers good support.

At equivalent of £1k I'd 100% not look at one, considering they are now being sold on Wowcher at~£330 for the Premium Super King version, you can see they aren't really premium product just a fad.

That's for a refurbished used mattress isn't it?

I've had an Emma Premium super king for about 4 months, cost me 740. I don't find it too hot at all and it hasn't sank so far, but there's a long warranty period if that were to happen. It's firmer than I expected and I can't decide if I like that or not..

Buying a mattress online is a massive pain because there are contradicting opinions everywhere.

Nope they are brand new, sold buy Emma Matratzen GmbH. You should never be paying full price for a mattress in a box they are always on offer somewhere, and at £330 I suppose they are a good consideration vs. an Ikea equivalent.

We don't have a Emma but we have the premium Simba one. I expect they're probably all made in the same factory anyway!

Had it for 3 years now and no complaints

Personally I’m not a fan of any memory foam mattress. I find foam always loses its support over time and leaves an indent. Also I don’t think it’s breathable enough and find it hot/sweaty in the summer.

Much prefer a spring mattress. I’d recommend Hypnos as a brand. Best thing to do is go to a store and try them out.
