Depends on what timescale you're looking at. Russia are holding a sizeable chunk of Ukraine, and have done huge damage to civilians and civilian infrastructure in the areas they don't hold or no longer hold as well to the areas they are occupying. But Russia haven't made any major territorial gains in a very long time, and Ukraine are generally very slowly pushing Russia back in the recent fighting.

It's only 30km from Estonia/Latvia border, plenty of access points for them to cross over the border and strike

I see, pretty aptly named given they can give pretty much any vehicle a bit of a bite, I look forward to seeing them mounted on tractors so they're no longer just the scavengers of the battlefield ;)

It fits well with the Ukrainian M.O. too. They've turned lots of Russian kit to their side. ;)
 
The Ukrainians are blessing us with some truly brilliant moments. Here a Ukrainian kamikaze drone operator attacks a Russian airfield, then phones the Russian emergency services to find out how much damage was caused. When told only one plane was hit, he says he will now correct co-ordinates to hit the others, and signs off with 'Slava Ukraini!'
