New GPU for 1080p

Could you stretch another £100 for the 7800XT to get another 3 more years driver support and better productivity features?

Yep I could have, but... I want to upgrade my system next year. 3600 will be on the limit if not bottlenecking a little. So will save a bit toward that. Not decided on AM5 or not. Then will replace gpu year after that.

I also have loads of other hobbies so like to balance things out.

I would go for the 7800xt or if budget then 6700xt which has been seen for 270 new,

I looked at this deal! and just thought the ram usage wasn't ideal in some scenarios with mods. Felt better with 16gb,
I had 6700xt at £270.
6750xt just over £300
Then the 6800 at £370 all queued up, I didn't like the look of some of the two fan cards coming from a triple. The closest I came to buying something else was the 7600 super close to £200! Crazy value

Got the 6800 fitted last night, it fits, just ! Though I had to pull the front fan out and order a low profile one. It's pretty quiet which is nice. Case is a phanteks p300a mesh.

6800 with the 16gb is an excellent card, you'll be good for a while now, enjoy !!
