Nobody replacing Stroll then?

I also feel us RB haters are going to be disappointed. They’re always better in race trim, everyone will move out of Max’s way and that’ll gift him at least 5 places. A lucky SC here or there (likely here) and he can easily win it.

Stroll's performance gives the lie to that. You don't finish in the top ten without talent. He is not a Mazepin, regularly crashing out or finishing near the back. Yes, he's not as good as Alonso, but Alonso's only equals are Hamilton and Verstappen.

There are 10's of drivers who could do better than him. When you consider how many points Alonso is getting for the team vs Stroll, it's a huge loss for the team.

He's in a very good Aston Martin :cry: Of course he should be finishing top 10, especially at the start of the season when the car was so good.

No wear on engine, gearbox etc which could be the difference between needing new parts later on or not. He might be fit enough to drive but unlikely 100% so why spend all the money to get the car ready when he's unlikely to score points.

They can't replace Stroll as the replacement has to take place in Qualifying as per the rules. Shame really, AM could get more points.

I dont consider him any better than any of the drivers below him imagine him in a lesser car waste of a seat

Didn’t know that. I assumed we’ve seen drivers being replaced from quali to the race before :confused:
