Think you forgot to cook the sausages too! :P

I'm all for the caramelised egg edge though. Best fried eggs I've had were in Thailand. Crispy bottom but a glorious runny yolk.

Shock horror they were veggie sausages so don't tend to go that deep brown, but a defo double trigger - not cooked and veggie :eek: :cry:

The fresh eggs were fried in the butter and juice from the mushrooms for added flavour and coronary impact :P
