Asus STRIX B650E-F with Ryzen 5 7600 - Wise to disable onboard iGPU?

So I believe you can disable the onboard iGPU in the Bios... Should I? Seems some sites say it improves the performance on the main GPU?

Used mine to install Windows before I put the 4090 in, since then it's been disabled on 7950X3D, can't say I've noticed a performance increase / decrease.

No reason you shouldnt if you are OK with losing that fuctionality, I like having the option to use it as an extra Display Output in case I need to trobleshoot a GPU for whatever reason, or just an extra output if I need it.

Not sure if there will be significant performance gains or not tbh.

And you just took the option in the BIOS to disable the onboard graphics?

Yeah its not a permanant setting or anything like that. Switch it off and do some benching and let us know if it makes any difference or not.

Yes, it's hidden away but toggle to disable from AUTO.
