And you just took the option in the BIOS to disable the onboard graphics?Used mine to install Windows before I put the 4090 in, since then it's been disabled on 7950X3D, can't say I've noticed a performance increase / decrease.
If I ever want it back I can re-enable it or worse case reset the bios/cmos...No reason you shouldnt if you are OK with losing that fuctionality, I like having the option to use it as an extra Display Output in case I need to trobleshoot a GPU for whatever reason, or just an extra output if I need it.
Not sure if there will be significant performance gains or not tbh.
