Seriously tho.... "its not about power consumption, its about performance" the performance is near identical to the normal 14900K and with that still slower than AMD's best gaming CPU.
The S is an NFT, something very expensive to make suckers feel good about themselves but is in reality worthless.
This is how we get horrendously overpriced hardware, they think we are suckers....

Rarely will I fully agree with a humbug post, but it's spot on in this instance. 
I'm usually pretty open-minded on Intel chips, and at some price-points they are a good option. How much crack are you smoking to be choosing this though? (Apologies to RSR, I'm sure you're not smoking crack

They are good scores already right? My 14900K is SP94 / SP-P102 / SP-E 78 / MC-SP 75 and I was fairly happy with that as I usually badly lose the lottery!SP102 / SP-P114 / SP-E 82 / MC-SP 84

I think it is average in terms of a golden sample, it's certainly not a dog as the VIDs look better than my SP104 14900K
Just ran a quick R23 test using an Asus Z790 Apex (White) / G.Skill 8200 Set / Bitspower Frame and an EK Nucleus AIO 360 (White) and it scored 41982, that's running stock getting (F7 to restore defaults) on the board and just XMP I set.
I'll need to do some testing on the RAM side as my SP104 14900K has no issues booting/benching 8800 M/T but that has the G.Skill 8400 kit in it at the mo.

The SP99 was the 1st one i tried and was not happy in the slightest , tried the second which was SP108 above and was very very happy and what i would expect from a KS
.... the variances are wild that i have seen and some of them are clearly being mislabeled as KS when they should be KHopefully will get some time to spend on it next weekend (delid ) then will see what it can do and post up , also need to get the 13900K IHS put back on and get that up for sale ( SP100 13900K )
Looking forward to what your 2nd is like , is it a pre binned chip or just taking a chance ?
I normally get my CPUs from The Egg, as in the past that's where all my good ones have come from as I have always found UK ones a bit iffy.
Plus I also want to get an Optaine drive as well, so that will be bundled in.

I find it interesting to compare the vids of your 108 SP @Jay-G25 to my 107 SP 14900KF
A few of my vids are lower. Do the sp’s work like 13th gen where a K SP was equivalent to a higher SP KS? E.g 13900k 104 SP was like a 112 SP KS.
I had been tempted to get a KS but it seems like I’ve got a good sample!
