Another brisket and mustard sandwich for lunch
So, I had, errr, well muffins with Black pudding, bacon and fried eggs topped with a variety of Tabasco sauce
Full disclosure, I shouldn't have tried to fry four eggs in the small pan. They were overdone in that the yokes weren't runny
Best solution at that stage was brown sauce
Managed all the eggs, bacon and black pudding,.but only one muffin
Absolutely stuffed
Next two meetings should be interesting

Bought a four pack a while ago with the Original, Habanero, Chipotle and Green Pepper.
The Green Pepper Sauce was really really nice. The Habanero is really tasty but not as hot as I thought it would be.

I like those green jalapeño sauces. They’re not as spicy as the others, but they’re a nice heat and have a better, fresher and fruitier flavour than others.
