I see you have channelled your inner 8 year old Honestly would happily eat that.

I just did a Thai red curry, loads of veg; courgette, spinach, shallot, chestnut mushroom, carrot, beansprouts, bit of chicken drumstick "fillets" (cheaper than thighs and similar taste/texture). No pic but pretty tasty.

Also picked up some spicy hotpot base for the next couple of days and the rest of the veg/chicken. Then some pork mince to make ginger/spring onion dumplings.

Well my thread about butter on a bacon butty seems to have gotten people all at edge LOL.
My OP there did say that I prefer no butter on a bacon sarnie, but I do like butter on other things, like a good old chip butty, that's best swimming in butter for sure.

I do take massive offense to Mayo though, that for me is the devils reproduction sauce hahahahaha. Personally I cannot stand mayo at all. But each to their own.

We've agreed on the butter front but on the mayo there are definite places where it is the sauce of choice!

Cheese and Beans Jacket Potato with Butter, it was Butter > Cheese > Beans > Extra Cheese.

As well as a Millionaires Shortbread.




It was nicer than it looks, the cheese on top ruined the look
