What evidence gives you that hope! We took a 1-0 lead early in a final and weren’t shocked into action.

Dembele is absolutely ridiculous at going past players and making a yard of space but his end product is either **** or just into the wrong place.

I dunno, I thought that it could have easily been given. As usual the interpretation is all over the place and the shot looked like it was heading in.

But yes, they should probably give it a rest at this point.
 
No idea why France didn't start with Griezmann. He makes their whole team tick. Easily their most creative player.

If I was German I'd be ****** off because his hand obstructed the ball. That part I agree with.

But his entire arm was within his silhouette and did not move from its position prior to the ball being kicked until it hit his hand/arm. That's all that matters.

It's tough but the rules on it are clear. Kudos to the ref for not bowing to the pressure.
