Yeah true. i've spend age try to speak to an agent, just confirm some detail on the S25 ultra, which are not shared on the site. I was not able to chat to anyone, it kept going back to the start when i reach the end.2 codes, gave me 100, then I asked if there was anything else they could do - I mean if you don"t ask....
My "chat with us" options were as follows - Help with an Order to Smartphones and Tablets to Promotional Codes and after choosing I need help with something else "Chat with us - joined a queue of 22

No, when you clicked to double 50 to 100 last week, its just a replacement, you don't get both codes.
HOWEVER, if you use code S25LIVE and your AI double code (£100) it increases the £100 to £150!

I can upgrade on O2 Switch up 22nd Feb, kind of tempted, price only £10 per month more, perhaps not as much by then, probably get some offer with it.
Kind of like the rounded corners, hoping screen might be a bit more resilliant to marks and greese, the extra processing power might make gaming more viable on it, not that I game much.
The S-Pen, whils't I used it to take pictures now and again when I was assessing my bike pictue, that's about it, I have galaxy watch that can take pictures anyway, or you can just shout at the phone and it'll take pictures, so no bluetooth there, not much of a loss.
Maybe I'll wait to see what other companies bring out, but I've always been a Samsung user aside from my little trip to the dark side (Apple) for 3 months last year which I regretted.

could you confirm which double or AI code ? never had the option to double. unless Im missing something
Its the AI double code, some people got the offer to double and some not.
Thanks, Im still not sure if its worth the upgrade from my S23 ultra. in some cases they have gone back.
Values for Samsung phones is all over, the S23 values are just right if you want to avoid ebay £285 and a little higher compared to the commercial recyclers.
Do your research before accepting the Samsung value and too bad they didn't match Google's enhanced trade-ins

Same, just had my S23U repaired as well so it looks brand new and has a fresh battery
Thats the thing right? people say they are saving with trade in, but you get waaay more selling separately.
i just paid 599 today for an s24u and that was cheap, theyll probably hold value with the s25 being so medicore
