Pan fried cod fillet with air fryer chips and stir fry veg. On viewing the picture it looks as though I made a presentation gaff by scraping all the crunchy bits from the pan over my piece of fish, as you can't really see the cod fillet. In my defence it's my dinner, not a magazine shoot or an art installation.

Those chips look amazing for being air fried! Are they shop bought or your own?

Hand cut by me. In addition to olive oil I give them a sprinkle of seasoning before cooking. Sometimes just salt and pepper, but mostly I use a bit of Indus All Purpose Seasoning which seems to help with getting a nice colour as well as the taste.

There are plenty of recipes out there for air fryer chips, so just experiment a bit and find out what works for you.
If the potato skin looks nice I leave it on, but if it doesn't they get peeled.
