Hahaha, true. I remember being slightly outraged at spending ~£25 per fan in a previous build. Those Lian Li look so nice though - making me want to do a case/cooling upgrade......

Look on the bright side if you can hear it at least you know working :D

A couple of times I had to get a torch out to see if the fans are spinning or stopped on my strix 4090 :cry:

I'm very glad I hate RGB of any kind (and have my PC under my desk). Saves me lots of money that I can spend on actual hardware which makes a difference to my frame rates :D

I'm an enthusiast, a hobbyist of PC gaming and have been for longer than I care to remember.

I recall fondly the times when you could bag a high end card for a few hundred quid, even allowing for inflation the equation today is vastly off.

You imply my life isn't fulfilled, in actuality, my life is extremely full, so much so, I have no time for PC gaming (arguably why I still have my 1080ti) there's so many other things that I barely find the time to do before gaming even comes into the equation.

If I was to think about it , I'd probably conclude my life was by far less fulfilled when it was consumed by frame rates , gaming time etc as it indeed once was.

No point coming on these forums anymore as you have no time for pc gaming and clearly can't afford the new generation of gpu's so whats the point of mocking people for buying them.

With the power limit/OC I've got set up it tops out around 70C on the GPU and 86C on the memory. Pulls ~435W total board power and comes within 1-2fps of stock in Cyberpunk/Wukong benchmarks.

Coil whine is pretty bad at stock but with the undervolt I can only hear it if I mute the game and actively try to seek it out with my ear to the case.
