It’s a minor ‘pro’ tbh. The software might flag something, or a light on the GPU might flag something… but if the cable can melt in a single gaming session you had better hope, for example, that Windows game mode isn’t disabling notifications when in game

You might smell something is wrong before you notice a tiny light on in an RGB filled case.

Stick those motherboard temp probes on the connectors

Seems we had 144 FE drop yesterday or atleast that's what it says on my box , all sold out within 1 minute

Mine arrived this morning at close to 7am and just opened it and mine is 41 of 72, so going by that looks as they had around 216 units.

I used one called CoreFinder, I also just leave my desktop logged into the Nvidia website ready for when a notification is trigged. I then refreshed and the out of stock button went green and said add to basket (or buy can’t remember) Saying that I still had to enter everything into the store from scratch including payment details. It was a crazy 60 seconds hoping I got my address and payment details correct!

What did I get? A 4080 Super for 959 quid and THAT was a bad price too.

No need to get all defensive. YOU would pay that. I could, but there's no way I'd do it for a graphics card. Absolutely ludicrous pricing.

Now that's my opinion, no need to cry about it!

I've gone for an available Gigabyte OC 5080 from elsewhere. The pre order gave me time to think that I don't really want to spend £2k on a graphics card so I will try this out with Flightsim in VR plus they look like they overclock pretty well so I can have a mess about with that
