I am not going to get my card for at least 9 weeks.

I will give my order till mid March now and see what happens if very little movement will cancel - As probably paying £30 a month interest on the card not being dispatched.

I really hope they get 7 the next order, lol...used an interest free CC so not costing me anything extra...

Yeah, to be honest I did think about it, but you defo cant wait at all. 7th in queue for Tuf, and pre ordered a WB for it. I need to chill on my 4090 LC as appreciate I'm in a better position than some folks.
Not sure if there will be much difference between them 5090s with a WB cooling on tbf.

anyone done a gigabyte 3090 RMA recently? found a busted 3090 turbo with 3 months left so I posted it out today, I doubt it they can repair it and I'm certain they wont have a 3090 replacement, wondering what they will do?

In the meantime my borrowed 4090 went today back to its owner and I have a 2080ti but that card will probably struggle with todays games, especially MSFS 2020/4

Last year, when my 12GB 3080Ti bricked itself, I sent it back to Gigabyte as it was still under warranty. They had no 3080Ti’s so offered me a 16GB 4080, which I accepted.

Stayed 6th in my queue for the Palit 5080 ProGaming all week, did move from 5th to 6th so assume a prebuilt jumped to first in queue.

Hopefully get some cards in today or next week not fussed waiting if I don't end up paying more just a pain how hard its getting trying to get new parts probably should've just waited like I did with the 9800X3D

Not far behind you, am 44 for the suprim. Hoping some stock comes fairly soon, where did you hear first ones in queue are expected early march?

I recently got an odyssey neo g8 4k 240hz second hand, and my 3090 struggles to hit 100fps in most games Would be higher but need to set a fps cap for some games due to it causing OBS to come to a crawl.

5090 Tuf which was an rrp card last Gen is been sold for £3120 right now elsewhere. Does anyone see +£1000 worth of improvements build quality wise between gens? Lol.

No way, saw it, and thought no! Pre ordered Tuf non oc for 2310!
On thing is folk prepared to pay scalping price to buy from retailer etc? Now i would for an Astral, not value but...

Plenty of clowns out there, we are the ones who can think an extra step or two before making such an expensive purchase.

They've had those TUF 5090s up for half an hour now at £3150 without them selling out. Based on what we know of queue positions at The Other Place, I'm guessing their stock level is only just tipping into double figures at best, so it really does look like people are wising up.

This plus Palit opening some direct sales with a mid-March ETA does give me some optimism that rumours of better supply in the coming weeks might be true.
