Steak at 5am, because I'm a grown adult and I can do what I want.

Dry brined, reverse-seared fillet steak with veg/mash and creamy peppercorn sauce.



I managed to over cook it slightly as it got up to temp faster than I thought, so rather then just taking it out of the oven whilst if finished the the veg, I left it in and turned the heat off... :rolleyes:

Although, it's a little more rare in the middle, the end bit is a little more 'medium/well' ... but overall, pretty damn tasty :)

Yes...

This is a real breakfast and one I do now and then with eggs and shrooms.

Was going through a list of to visit restaurants, pubs and street food places the other day and one place prides itself on its steak breakfasts.
