I am no expert but I think this is just the stage whilst it waits to get to warehouse, in theory if you have order number and money taken, your secured a card, it will just take a few hours or a day to update, our warehouse is shipping as many as they can as fast as they can, but bear with us it is several thousand orders on top of usual to get through.
 
Got the order through to my basket (Sapphire 9070 XT Pulse) - payment authorised by my CCard App - back to 'Your Order' page - 'Out of Stock' ... :mad:

When are you expecting next shipment Gibbo? Or are you releasing again in batches today?

Why does the web page still show (Green) 'In Stock' ???

Absolutely get that it must be bedlam.
Due to timeouts ive got 4 order numbers, all of them undefined now with 2 of them having taken the money but only 1 having an order email confirmation. When it changed to "undefined" I no longer have "cancel order" option against them and lines are down at the min so I cant ring to sort.

Bit conflicted because Im not sure any order has actually gone through now but also dont want to take up extra stock away from someone else erroneously, any suggestion on best course of action I can take?

Seems to be going in batches again, there have been 2 waves of cards in stock so far today.
 
It was much easier shopping this morning than yesterday’s chaos. I got the reaper for my front room itx build. Now I just need to motivate myself to build the new system.

What are peoples thoughts/ speculation on the 9070xt vs 5060 16gb?

Edit: I cancelled a steel legend for the reaper (due to size difference) about half an hour ago so a steel legend might appear soon!

For those with "undefined", the order I have an email confirmation for has just changed to "order confirmed" so just keep an eye on your order page

No worries. I can only imagine how manic it is.

I just hope people appreciate the effort even if they didn't get a card.
